Marketing Communication Specialist

We are currently looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist, who will be responsible for internal and external communications, as well as the planning and execution of promotional tools and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage external communications, including website content management and public relations (PR) activities.
  • Execute marketing strategies and plans.
  • Manage digital content distribution (website, social media, etc. / B2B) and create distribution-related creative materials.
  • Plan and produce marketing collateral such as catalogs, posters, leaflets, and other promotional materials.
  • Communicate with the global headquarters to ensure consistency in branding and messaging, and localize promotional tools and messages with their support when necessary.
  • Plan and manage product promotion events, both online and in-person.
  • Collaborate with product marketing teams and the sales department to develop and execute branding and promotional activities.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience creating marketing and creative materials using Adobe Creative Cloud (experience in the medical device industry is a plus).
  • Ability to develop, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies and plans.
  • Strong presentation skills using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), along with the ability to build consensus and gain stakeholder alignment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work effectively across functions.
  • Ability to work proactively, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new environments and take on new responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working in English, as communication with the global headquarters is required.
