Quality Engineer - Datum Dental( part of the Dentsply Sirona group) Yavne, Israel
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team at our Yavne operations site and be part of a global medical device environment where quality is at the core of everything we do.
In this role, you will be involved throughout the product lifecycle from development to production — working closely with R&D, Engineering and Production. You will support regulatory compliance, lead investigations, support audits, and continuously improve processes and the Quality Management System.
What will you do?
Lead investigations of non-conformities and CAPAs, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Support and lead Quality activities during New Product Development (NPD), ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements, approve R&D documentation, and maintain Design & Development files.
Participate in risk management activities according to ISO 14971.
Lead internal audits, support external audit readiness, and perform gap assessments.
Support QMS activities including training processes, annual quality reports, Management Review preparation, and SOP updates.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production and Engineering.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field.
2–4 years of experience as a Quality Engineer (experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage).
Understanding of quality systems, investigations, and regulatory compliance processes.
Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
Excellent English communication skills.
Motivated team player with strong learning ability.
Professional Quality certifications (CQE, CSQE, CQM, CRE).
