Summary of Position:

Leads team members in areas of quality and dependability and safety;

Responsible for accuracy and control across all stock of inventory; daily/monthly cycle counting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and maintain Cycle Count Recertification.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Manage bin locations and stock integrity

Be able to work overtime to meet the daily/monthly deadlines.

Coordinate daily workflow for evening shift.

Use SAP system to process orders to the invoice stage and process packages through XPS shipping system.

Back up to Warehouse Operations Manager for building maintenance duties.

Assist with all aspects of the distribution center when needed.

Maintain a clean, organized work environment, free from materials that interfere with properly executing above duties and  promotes efficient,

 

Must Have:

  • SAP knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Self motivation
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Administrative skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer orientation skills
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel )
  • Adaptability to changing demands and conditions
  • Ability to analyze current process, logistics data and recommend changes to improve results.

 

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Forklift operation
  • Knowledge of WHIMS
  • Health and Safety committee experience –maintain minutes and reports
  • GMP facility experience- working, Implementing and training of GMP procedures
  • Minimum of three years of distribution center (over1000 sku’s)
  • Minimum of three years of successful leadership experience.
  • Stay calm under work related pressure
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
