Job Summary:
The Clinical Education Materials Handler is responsible for preparing, packing, shipping, and processing the return of clinical education materials and equipment used for CE training courses. This role makes sure all materials are correctly organized, tracked, and kept in good condition to support Endodontic, Implant, Preventive, Restorative, and Computer-based courses across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pack and prepare clinical education materials and equipment based on course packing lists
  • Ship materials to course locations across the country in a timely and organised way
  • Receive returned materials after courses and check them for completeness and condition
  • Clean, sort, and restock returned items ready for future use
  • Help assemble course kits for Endodontic and Implant programs
  • Keep inventory organised and support tracking of all CE materials
  • Scan and record serial numbers using the tracking system to ensure everything is traceable
  • Update and follow tracking lists to confirm correct shipping and returns
  • Flag any missing, damaged, or incorrect items after courses
  • Do basic computer updates using set templates and lists
  • Keep storage areas clean, organised, and ready for upcoming courses
  • Maintain strong attention to detail in all packing, tracking, and handling work
