Channel Partner Manager - Dentsply Sirona UK & Ireland

 

Are you a commercial leader experienced in driving growth through indirect channels? Do you excel at building strategic partnerships that deliver measurable sales impact? We are seeking a Channel Partner Manager to own and grow key commercial relationships with distributors across the UK & Ireland. Dental experience is not required.

 

This role is essential to expanding our presence and performance through distributors while strengthening strategic commercial execution and driving year‑on‑year revenue growth. It plays a key part in enhancing partner engagement and alignment, as well as delivering data‑driven decision‑making and high‑quality commercial insight. As the primary owner of key distributor relationships, you will be accountable for setting strategic direction and ensuring strong commercial delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage high-value commercial relationships with key distributors across the UK & Ireland.
  • Develop and execute structured commercial plans that increase sell-in, sell-out and market penetration.
  • Drive measurable revenue and margin growth across the assigned product portfolio.
  • Lead annual commercial planning cycles, contract negotiations and quarterly business reviews.
  • Build and implement robust Joint Business Plans with key dealer partners.
  • Track and analyse sales performance, pipelines, pricing effectiveness and promotional impact.
  • Identify performance gaps and lead corrective actions in collaboration with distributor partners.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, trade execution and product teams to ensure unified partner execution.
  • Achievement of revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Demonstrated commercial leadership and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Significant experience managing B2B customer or channel accounts, ideally in indirect distribution, wholesale, trade, national accounts or dealer models.
  • Background from FMCG, consumer goods, technology, capital equipment, or similar industries welcome.
  • Proven success in negotiations, business planning and delivering results through partners.
  • Commercially strong with deep understanding of pricing, profitability and sales processes.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data-driven, analytical and comfortable using insights to guide actions.
  • Strong presenter able to engage diverse audiences.
  • Solutions-focused, structured, collaborative and accountable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
  • Ability to travel regularly across the UK & Ireland.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Full valid driving licence.
  • Commitment to high ethical standards and compliance.
