Regional Workflow Marketing Manager (f/m)
Location: Warsaw (office-based, 1 day home office per week)
Contract type: Fixed-term (parental leave replacement until approx. August 2027)
Working time: Full-time
Start date: As soon as possible / by agreement
About the Role
As Regional Workflow Marketing Manager (f/m), you will act as a key interface between the global Endo & Resto Business Unit and local marketing and sales teams across CEE & the Nordics.
You will translate global marketing strategies into effective regional and local execution, ensuring clear priorities, strong focus, and measurable impact.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the commercial success of complex workflows in one of the most diverse regions within EMEA and to make a visible contribution to market growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Execute the global EDS strategy at regional level for CEE & the Nordics
- Lead and coordinate regional workflow marketing activities together with local marketing teams
- Ensure a focused and consistent marketing approach across up to 30 countries while allowing necessary local adaptations
- Plan, implement, and track campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Commercial Leaders, and Regional Events teams
- Develop and deploy sales enablement and training materials (e.g. key messages, elevator pitches)
- Monitor market and sales performance and derive optimization actions
- Exchange best practices within the EMEA Workflow Manager community
- Act as a regional voice for customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics
What You Bring
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 4–5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in MedTech, Healthcare, or technology-driven environments
- Experience working in a multicultural, matrix-organized international company
- Proven ability to translate strategy into operational execution
- Strong communication skills and confidence in managing multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage complexity, set priorities, and say “no” when needed
- Hands-on mentality, execution focus, and excellent organizational skills
- Fluent English (C1 level); additional languages are a plus
- Knowledge of dental workflows or Endo & Resto products is an advantage but not a requirement
