Currently we are looking for suitable candidate to the position of  the Regional Marketing Leader who is responsible for managing the implementation of global marketing strategy in the region, developing marketing plan in alignment with customer needs in order to maximize ROI and meet sales objectives. The Regional Marketing Leader is also responsible for marketing team management with the aim of delivering operational excellence and supporting business strategies in collaboration with commercial team, clinical education and EMEA marketing team.

 

Job description:

  • Supporting the implementation of the global marketing strategy and commercial plan
  • Collaborating with regional commercial teams to analyze market and business trends and to develop plans to leverage current and future opportunities in local markets
  • Executing branding and positioning activities in line with the global strategy
  • Assisting in the development and communication of the Regional Marketing Strategy Framework (MAP) for new product launches
  • Collecting and analyzing customer data and market research to identify regional needs for current and future products
  • Planning demand and managing inventory in connection with marketing initiatives
  • Identifying market requirements for current and future products within the region
  • Planning and executing regional marketing communications
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify new opportunities within the regional dental community
  • Developing operational strategy based on monthly statistical analysis and reporting findings to management

 

Your Profile:

Education:

  • Degree in marketing; postgraduate study will be a plus

Professional Experience:

  • Experience in a leadership marketing position
  • Proven team and budget management skills
  • Experience in driving organizational change
  • Preferably international experience, especially in the medical devices sector
  • Fluent in English ( C1 level) 

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Solid experience with MS Office and AI tools
  • Successful development and execution of commercial strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Knowledge of marketing channel development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and the ability to handle multiple priorities
