Head of Marketing CEE

The Head of Marketing CEE is responsible for managing the implementation of the regional marketing plan as per the marketing strategy; in order to maximize ROI and meet sales objectives. professional services efforts and to our Key Opinion Leaders and Universities in region.

 

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the implementation of the regional marketing strategy and commercial plan
  • Working with the regional commercial teams, to analyze market/business trends to develop and execute a plan to capitalize on current and future opportunities within the local markets
  • Collection and analysis of customer data/market research and identification of regional market requirements for current and future products
  • Voice of customer insights and feedback to SBU on strategy/ concept/ claim/ sales potential/ branding
  • Local execution of branding & positioning
  • Local deviations from global product branding & positioning strategy
  • Demand Planning and Inventory Management for commercial initiatives impacting product demand
  • Regional/Country Strategic Marketing Framework (MAP) (+related information) preparation/ communication for New
  • Product Launches
  • Regional level marketing communications planning and execution
  • Co-ordinating International speaker programs with SBUs.
  • Developing the Academy Strategy, working in partnership with other regional Marketing-CE Managers, SBUs, Regional
  • Leader, Marketing Leader and other key stakeholders
  • Act as the liaison for the Regional hub with SBUs, KOLs, Professional Organizations and Universities. Working actively with the team to support the business by identifying new opportunities within the regional dental community, with the aim of increasing awareness of the DENTSPLY SIRONA product portfolio.
  • Provide oversight, direction and advice to ensure compliance with and reporting to Corporate including PPSA/OPL payments.
  • Developing operation strategy based on the analysis of monthly statistics provided by the team. Report findings and
  • recommendations to other managers, SBUs and the Leadership team.
  • Support and encourage working across the SBUs.
  • Developing Regional CE strategy, in partnership with other regional offices, SBUs, Regional Leader and Marketing Leader; and driving through the execution of CE programs across region.
  • Comply with OSH rules and internal Dentsply Sirona regulations
  • Perform other tasks assigned by a superior adequate to qualifications

 

Profile requested

  • Marketing qualification, post-graduate level desirable
  • Proven track record of success in a senior marketing role
  • Previous People Management experience essential
  • Experience of financial management/budget responsibility
  • Experience of facilitating and supporting change
  • Ideally international market experience within the medical devices sector
  • Excellent level of English language skills and local languages
  • Proven track record of successful/practical commercial strategy development
  • Proven problem solver
  • Strong understanding of marketing channel development and execution
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Results orientated
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Very good command of English language
