We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator (m/f) to join our local Marketing team in Poland. If you are passionate about creating exceptional experiences and want to play a key role in delivering impactful events and campaigns, this is your opportunity.

Your Tasks

• As Marketing Coordinator, you will plan, organize, and execute customer meetings, exhibitions, and educational programs that strengthen our premium brand presence.
• You will develop and maintain a 12-month calendar of events, including trade shows, dental exhibitions, PEERS events, and training courses.
• You will manage all tactical elements of events—from logistics, registration, and travel arrangements to technical support, signage, and on-site execution.
• You will coordinate vendors and agencies, prepare marketing materials, and ensure compliance with budgets and timelines.
• Additionally, you will support marketing campaigns, maintain databases of Key Opinion Leaders, and manage clinical materials such as case reports and videos.
• Your role also includes administrative tasks related to sales and marketing support, ensuring all activities are executed and communicated effectively.

• Meeting deadlines is second nature to you, and you demonstrate punctuality and reliability in every task.
• You are cooperative and collaborative, building strong relationships with stakeholders across Sales, distributors, and external partners.
• You bring at least one year of experience in event or marketing coordination and have strong organizational and communication skills.
• You are confident using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• You communicate clearly and effectively in English and Polish (minimum B2 level or higher), and you can work independently while contributing to a team.
