Key Account Manager - Warsaw, Poland

We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will help identify and develop sales potential, build lasting partnerships with dealers, dental professionals, and institutions, and contribute to our business success in the Northern EMEA region.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with dealers, dental clinicians, dental schools, and group practices to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop a strategic territory business plan based on market trends and capitalize on current and future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the dealer teams and customers to implement sales activities and promotions, enhancing sales potential in the region.
  • Conduct sales meetings, product training, and presentations with dealers and internal teams.
  • Lead new sales projects and create innovative solutions to meet market challenges.
  • Ensure timely reporting on competitor activities and work closely with the Marketing and Commercial Leader to align strategies.
  • Share expert knowledge and best practices with the team, supporting the onboarding and training of new members.
  • Build strong business relationships with key dental professionals and institutions, ensuring a customer-centric approach to sales.

 

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably within a dental or medical devices industry.
  • Expertise in territory management, business planning, and driving sales growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with dealers and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative sales activities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate both business and clinical benefits of products.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, with the ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to travel regularly within the region. A valid driving license is required.
  • A passion for creating high-performance sales strategies and exceeding business objectives.
