We’re hiring a passionate and motivated colleague to join us as:

Junior Customer Service Specialist / DS Core Specialist – German speaking / Warsaw, Poland

Temporary contract for 1 year, with a strong option for prolongation to a permanent contract


About the Role:

Become part of the Dentsply Sirona team, the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies!
As a Junior Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and distributors, focusing especially on DS Core – our innovative cloud-based platform. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of digital transformation in the dental industry.

You will collaborate closely with various internal teams, ensuring excellent service, smooth order processing, and efficient coordination of shipments. You’ll be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and customer satisfaction.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customer and distributor inquiries, particularly related to DS Core (Dentsply Sirona’s Cloud platform).
  • Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate key elements of the shipping and order fulfillment process.
  • Maintain internal systems and ensure all data is up to date.
  • Monitor shipment deliveries and provide proactive updates to customers.
  • Prepare customer reports and documentation.
  • Liaise with forwarding agents to ensure smooth dispatch and correct documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Factory, Warehouse, Finance) to manage shipping details, release instructions, and order priorities.
  • Process invoices and raise purchase orders when necessary.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support other tasks assigned by your supervisor, based on your skills and qualifications.

Your Profile:

  • Fluent GERMAN & English (C1 level or higher) is a must – you'll use it daily in both written and spoken communication.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office and ERP systems ( SAP is a plus).
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail – you’re organized and accurate.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in a supply chain/logistics environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy working with people and building relationships.
  • A proactive team player with problem-solving abilities and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Polish language skills are a plus (nice to have), but not required.
