Ethics & Compliance Specialist, France & Belgium M/F
The Ethics & Compliance Specialist, France & Belgium, will help provide ethics and compliance support to Dentsply Sirona’s businesses in France and Belgium.
Responsibilities:
You will help to promote a strong culture of compliance at Dentsply Sirona within the region, reviewing and evaluating compliance-related issues/concerns, supporting compliance-related processes (e.g., Third Party due diligence, training), and partnering closely with the Ethics & Compliance Manager, France & Belgium, to help employees understand and follow applicable local and international laws as well as Company policies and procedures, including the Company’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. Additionally, this Specialist will have a strong focus on compliance with the French Anti-Gift Law (Loi Encadrement des Avantages) and French Transparency Law (Loi Bertrand).
This Specialist will report directly to the Ethics & Compliance Manager, France & Belgium, based in France, and will be part of the global Ethics & Compliance team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, regulatory affairs, life sciences or related filed
- 1-2 years’ experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, legal in healthcare sector
- Basic knowledge of the French regulatory environment, particularly the French anti-gift law/ Sunshine act
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across business & support functions
- High ethical standards, integrity, and sense of responsibility
- Fluent in French and English
- Ability to quickly adapt to compliance tools & systems
