Sous la responsabilité du Commercial Leader France et en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable Comptable, vous interviendrez sur la partie GL / Clôtures ainsi que sur différents projets transverses.

 

Dans le respect des règles du Groupe, des process SOX et des normes comptables françaises et américaines, vos principales missions seront :

 

  • Tenue de la comptabilité générale
  • Gestion des fournisseurs
  • Participation aux déclarations fiscales et suivi du respect des échéances légales
  • Établissement des justificatifs de comptes sur l’outil Groupe
  • Préparation et participation aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles
  • Réalisation du reporting sous Hyperion
  • Contribution aux contrôles SOX
  • Collaboration aux audits internes et externes
  • Classement et archivage des documents comptables

 

Vous serez également amené(e) à participer aux projets Groupe et à assister le Responsable Comptable dans la gestion des différentes demandes émanant du siège.

 

Profil recherché :

 

  • Langues : maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
  • Formation : niveau DCG ou équivalent
  • Compétences techniques :
    • Solides connaissances en comptabilité (French GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS)
    • Maîtrise et respect des normes fiscales
    • Bonne compréhension de la réglementation comptable et fiscale
  • Outils : excellente maîtrise du Pack Office, en particulier Excel
  • Qualités personnelles : rigueur, organisation, capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs priorités
