About the role

Are you ready to drive high-impact transformation across a global commercial organization? As Commercial Project Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives that enhance customer engagement, service excellence, and operational performance. Your work will directly influence how we deliver value to patients and customers across markets.

What are we expecting from you?

We expect you to turn strategy into execution and initiatives into measurable impact. In this role, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery: Drive commercial projects from definition to execution, ensuring clear scope, milestones, and business outcomes
  • Build customer-centric solutions: Develop scalable service and engagement initiatives grounded in customer insights and real needs
  • Drive cross-functional execution: Align Sales, Marketing, CRM/Digital, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and impact
  • Own performance and impact: Track results, drive adoption, and continuously optimize initiatives based on data and feedback

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Commercial Operations initiatives aligned with strategic priorities
  • Define project structure, timelines, milestones, and resource plans
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across multiple initiatives

Customer & Service-Oriented Solutions

  • Design and implement customer-centric engagement and service solutions
  • Integrate customer insights and market feedback into project execution
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve initiatives based on KPIs

Cross-functional Execution

  • Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Service, CRM/Digital, and enabling functions
  • Ensure clarity on roles, responsibilities, and deliverables across stakeholders
  • Facilitate alignment, remove blockers, and maintain execution momentum

Consumer Engagement Leadership

  • Drive the roadmap and execution of Consumer Engagement initiatives within Commercial Operations
  • Provide functional leadership to project team members, ensuring clarity, alignment, and delivery discipline
  • Foster a high-accountability, results-driven team environment

 

What You Bring:

  • Experience in project/program management, commercial operations, or transformation initiatives (healthcare/medtech preferred)
  • Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact
  • Solid understanding of customer engagement, service models, or DTC environments
  • Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and performance optimization
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across global, cross-functional teams
