En tant qu'Assistant(e) service clients, vous êtes le premier point de contact entre l’entreprise et nos clients. Vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la satisfaction et la fidélisation, en répondant aux demandes, en apportant des solutions rapides et en assurant un suivi de qualité.
Ce poste est à pourvoir dans le cadre d'un CDD de 1 an.
Vos missions seront les suivantes :
Créer et modifier les comptes clients
- Créer les nouveaux clients
- Modifier les coordonnées si besoin
Traitement de commande
- Vérifier les comptes des clients avant saisie
- Saisir et valider la commande (Revendeurs, Grossistes, Pharmacie, hôpitaux)
- Saisir et valider les ordonnances (Patients)
- Valider et appliquer les conditions commerciales
- Répondre au client
- Contrôle des commandes EDI
Gérer la commande
- Modifier les adresses, dates dans l’ERP
- Informer nos partenaires en cas de ruptures de stock
Suivre la livraison
- Contacter l’entrepôt pour suivi de livraison en cas de problème
- Avertir le client
Gérer les litiges (en interaction avec le service réclamations)
- Gérer les appels des clients
- Gérer les avis de passages des transporteurs
- Gestion des retours de colis patients
Assister la force de vente
- Répondre aux demandes des responsables de secteur (une 20e commerciaux)
Fidéliser les clients
- Apporter des solutions personnalisées
- Relancer les ordonnances arrivées à terme
Réaliser le suivi administratif
- Edition des plannings de livraison
- Mise à jour des documents administratifs (Sécurité Sociale, Mutuelle …)
- Report du suivi d’activité patients dans Salesforce
- Classer les doubles de contrat dans Salesforce
Profil :
- Maitrise de la relation téléphonique
- Maitrise des outils informatiques Outlook, Word, Excel, M3, SalesForce…)
- Connaissance de la relation clients B to C
- Anglais utile mais pas obligatoire
