Territory: Lviv, Ukraine

As Territory Representative, you will be driving the implementation of the monthly sales plan, making sure results are not just met but truly achieved. A key part of your day will be actively promoting our innovative products on the Ukrainian dental market and becoming a trusted partner for dentists, dental clinics and technicians.

 

You will play an important role in helping the company reach its business goals by keeping a close eye on demand conditions and trends, as well as understanding what customers really need. Together with the team, you will plan, coordinate and organize training events that directly contribute to higher sales.

The role also gives you space to develop your territory and open new sales channels, while expanding the product range offered to existing customers. By building strong relationships, you will maintain loyalty and turn clients into long-term partners.

Of course, you won’t stop there – finding new clients, preparing and delivering engaging presentations, and representing the company at specialized exhibitions will also be part of your journey.

To keep everything on track, you will provide regular updates on your work and make sure all information is entered into our database.

 

 

Who we are looking for:

If you have a higher medical education – that’s a big plus, though not a strict requirement. What really matters is your ability to sell: you master the structure of a professional visit and know how to apply proven sales techniques in practice – from opening and identifying client needs to handling objections and confidently closing with a clear commitment.

You’re someone who knows how to plan your day with priorities in mind, staying focused and result-oriented even in a dynamic environment. A personal car is essential for this role, as it will allow you to stay close to your clients and cover your territory efficiently.

Knowledge of the dental market – manufacturers, distributors, key players, and products – will definitely give you an advantage, but what counts just as much are your personal qualities: openness and sociability, positive energy, resilience under stress, a hunger to learn, and persistence in reaching ambitious goals.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just want to do sales, but wants to make an impact in the dental market while building lasting professional relationships.
