Key Account Sales Representative: Lviv, Ukraine 

 

We are shaping the future of dentistry by offering solutions that combine science, technology, and passion. We are looking for someone who shares our values and wants to develop sales and market potential in their region. 

Your Role:

In this role, you will become a strategic partner for customers and the team, driving sales based on market analysis and client needs. You will:

  • Collaborate with customers and colleagues to execute the business plan focused on sales growth.
  • Analyze market trends and create a territory sales plan leveraging local business opportunities.
  • Initiate new projects, promotions, and marketing activities to increase demand for Dentsply Sirona products.
  • Participate in industry events, product presentations, and training sessions.
  • Cooperate with the clinical and marketing teams in developing campaigns and meetings with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Conduct market analyses, prepare reports, update CRM data, and monitor competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans – both short- and long-term.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has proven experience in sales (preferably in the medical/dental field)
  • Can analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Is communicative, professional in presentation, and capable of inspiring others.
  • Works independently, is well-organized, and results-driven.
  • Is proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Holds a valid driver’s license and is open to frequent business travel.
