Do you want to improve people’s lives with medical devices that truly make a difference? We are proud that our life-changing products help users maintain their dignity and regain independence—allowing them to meet friends, go to work, and enjoy their favorite activities. Beyond our products, we value commitment, collaboration, and a sense of humor. We are a small, brave, and creative team, and finding colleagues with the right attitude matters just as much as experience.

We are currently seeking an experienced Global Product Manager to join our Global Upstream Marketing team.

The Role

As a Global Product Manager within Global Upstream Marketing, you will hold strategic ownership of products within our global portfolio, with responsibility for defining and executing the long-term strategic pathway across the entire product life cycle. You will drive strategy development and implementation to ensure sustainable profitability, growth, and competitive advantage.

You will serve as the global subject matter expert and internal spokesperson for your products, representing them across a wide range of initiatives including product updates, life cycle management, regulatory and manufacturing activities, and projects impacting customer experience.

Success in this role requires close collaboration across all global functions, regional commercial organizations, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and execute the global product portfolio strategy to maximize business opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams and local markets to gather insights and translate market needs into product upgrades, line extensions, and Life Cycle Management initiatives.

  • Develop and present business cases for product initiatives and oversee execution and follow-up.

  • Act as the key product owner and stakeholder in projects impacting customer experience, regulatory compliance, and commercial performance.

  • Manage all aspects of the product life cycle—from market and customer needs assessment through product launch, growth, and eventual phase-out.

  • Ensure alignment across marketing, supply chain, labeling, registration, clinical evidence, legal, and safety requirements to support sustainable growth and market share.

  • Define product direction and support the development of product education and communication materials in collaboration with the Marketing Communications team.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

Who You Are

You are a strategic, structured problem solver with strong ownership mentality and excellent communication skills. You thrive in cross-functional, international environments and enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You take initiative, deliver results, and build trust-based relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. You are inspired by our values and bring a positive mindset and sense of humor to your work.

Background & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • 8–10+ years of experience in product management, upstream marketing, marketing, and/or commercial roles, preferably within MedTech, Life Sciences, or a similar regulated industry.

  • Proven experience managing products across the full life cycle in a global environment.

  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic plans and business cases.

  • Solid project leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Experience with product launches, campaigns, communications planning, and digital or social media marketing is highly advantageous.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.

  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
