The US National Account Manager, Dealer Sales will have assigned dealers and support the management of all the tactical planning, execution and relationships necessary to engage each assigned dealer to achieve targeted sales objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains full responsibility for setting strategy and execution for all indirect Equipment/Technology and indirect Consumable products for assigned dealers
  • Serves as field sales specialist for assigned dealers responsible for building plans to drive success with both the dealer and DS Field Sales Teams for the NA Commercial Organization (NA CCO) objectives (for both  Equipment/Technology and Consumables)
  • Build strategic plans that result in attainment of established revenue goals and Dentsply Sirona objectives
  • Directs strategic planning and implementation for assigned dealers
  • Maintain effective customer relationships with assigned Dentsply Sirona distributor partners that result to maximize alignment and revenue opportunities
  • Identify and manage all aspects of projects for assigned dealers from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams at NA CCO to ensure attainment of established revenue goals and Dentsply Sirona objectives
  • Participates in the development of strategic plans with appropriate NA CCO Teams to ensure channel alignment to maximize revenues and profitability
  • Manages all distribution marketing budgets and activities with assigned dealers in alignment with Dentsply Sirona go to market strategy
  • Ensure compliance with dealer agreements and contracts
  • Build presentations for business reviews and programs in both traditional and innovative ways that lead to successful outcomes and profitable dealer relationships
  • Collaborate with internal and dealer supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted availability of products with assigned dealers
  • Work with AR/AP, Finance and assigned dealers to ensure assigned dealer accounts remain current
  • Prepares operating plan for assigned dealers and monitors performance to ensure Dentsply Sirona objectives are met
  • Reports complaints in accordance to complaint handling process
  • Complies with company and departmental policies and with administrative requirements such as monthly reporting
  • Must address customer complaints in an appropriate and professional manner.  Escalating concerns as required by current processes
  • Performs other duties as assigned or as may be necessary

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 7-9 years of relevant work experience or Masters’ degree plus 6 years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience

 

Certifications/Licensing:

  • Valid driver’s license is required

 

   Years and Type of Experience:

 

  • Prior sales experience required, preferably as a Sales Manager; multiyear success in achieving sales targets
  • Experience successfully executing sales strategies and building solid business relationships

 

 

 

The base salary and variable compensation for this role is between $153,333 and $205,000+. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
