The KOL & CE Manager executes the clinical education strategy in support of brand, commercial, and go‑to‑market priorities. The role serves as the primary clinical education partner within the Commercial Vertical team, ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and impactful education programs that drive business outcomes.

Scope of Responsibility

  • Leads clinical education execution for assigned portfolios across digital and live formats
  • Acts as the clinical education lead, coordinating cross‑functional inputs and timelines
  • Partners closely with Global Professional Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Training, and platform teams
  • Manages KOL engagement, education governance, and CE budget stewardship
  • Supports new product launches, association strategy, and field readiness initiatives

  • Deliver education programs aligned to brand strategy and NA priorities
  • Ensure disciplined budget management and KPI reporting
  • Drive effective KOL identification, engagement, and training in accordance with governance standards
  • Measure education effectiveness and business impact
  • Enable commercial success through strong cross‑functional collaboration
