As the Commercial Marketing Manager for Dentsply Sirona Implants in North America, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our products and strengthen our brand presence in the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product launches, marketing campaigns, and educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the dental industry, with a focus on implants and laboratory solutions.
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to promote Dentsply Sirona implants and dental laboratory products in North America, in alignment with overall business objectives.
2. Brand Development: Define and maintain the brand identity for Dentsply Sirona implants and laboratory solutions, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
3. Product Launches: Lead the successful launch of new products, including developing launch plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and executing marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
5. Campaign Management: Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events, to drive engagement, generate leads, and support sales efforts.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and key opinion leaders to gather insights, gather feedback, and develop marketing strategies that resonate with customers and drive sales.
7. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for Dentsply Sirona implants and laboratory products, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and use insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
9. Training and Education: Develop educational materials and training programs for sales teams, dental professionals, and customers to increase product knowledge and drive sales.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Years and Type of Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies, preferably in dental implants or related medical devices.
- Strong understanding of the dental market landscape, including key competitors, trends, and customer needs.
- Experience in the dental/pharmaceutical/medical device industry would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in the positioning of a new brand and new products within an established market.
- Experience and comfort working in a fast paced environment and delivering results with efficient use of resources.
- Experience working with external suppliers, e.g., advertising, research and agencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
