SUMMARY OF POSITION 岗位职能概述:
项目及产品测试过程检验，配合解决技术相关问题

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 职责:

  • 负责公司新项目检测等相关工作，执行具体的检测工作，能够准确观察、记录和处理测量数据；
  • 主导产品各级检验点的设置、检验流程确立、检测方法的制定、检验文件的新建与维护；
  • 在项目负责人的带领下，设计开发检测项目及检测手段；
  • 负责分析方法研究、开发及改进工作，使方法能够满足相应产品、原料及中间品的检测需求；
  • 主导新项目过程中的各项检验，善于理解和遵循质量管理体系要求，具备良好的抽样和检验规划能力，熟练掌握质量检测标准和规范，确保产品质量符合标准要求；
  • 负责与项目团队合作，拥有出色的数据分析和统计能力，共同解决生产及质量等技术难题；
  • 完成上级临时交办的其他任务。

KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 知识、技能及经验要求:

  • 专科及以上学历；
  • 3年以上医疗器械行业工作经验
  • 具有良好的本专业基础理论和专业知识，熟悉有关检测、标准、检验方法及相关技术，拥有自我学习和提升质量技能的能力；
  • 精通各类质量检测工具和设备操作，能正确处理和判断检测结果，正确进行误差分析和数据判断；
  • 工作细心严谨，责任心强，具备良好的观察力和数据记录能力，善于发现产品缺陷和质量问题；
  • 逻辑思维能力强，做事有条理；
  • 抗压能力强，能够以结果为导向，自我激励、反应灵敏，能适应项目节点高强度的工作节奏，拥有良好的时间管理和任务优先级管理；
  • 具有团队合作精神，能够快速适应团队工作环境，与内部和外部各方有效沟通；
  • 具有一定的前瞻性，能提前主动开展后续工作；
  • 大局观强，能从多维度看待事物
