Quality Control Supervisor

To develop and implement quality control plan to ensure quality under control and operation in compliance.  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 职责:

• To establish and maintenance procedure and document related to Quality control and organize QC team to implement, including instpection, lab, measureing instruments, sample management, SKU, ect.  
• To develop and implement quality control plans to ensure production meet standard and requirement, and ensure production processes and products comply with relevant laws, regulation, and industry standards
• To establish and maintenance inspection document and Supervise material incoming testing and produce inspection processes, ensure the accuracy of test results, and submit regular quality report
• Address quality issues, analyze the root causes and develop improvement plan, coordinate with relevant department for corrective actions; And analyze quality issues in process, to improve measures and optimize quality control procedures
• Material and products inspection to meet production requirement
• To lead QC team, assign tasks, monitor progress and provide training and guidance
• Perform other duties as required

KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 知识、技能及经验要求:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, Chemistry, Engineering, MD, Quality management or related fields preferred
• Experience in QC / Lab or related fields, team management experience preferred
• Experience in medical device industry preferred
• ISO13485 Internal audit experience preferred
• Familiar with quality management tools and methods and proficient in using inspection equipment and tools
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Good English proficiency, able to read and write document and reports in English

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with each function related
