Product Specialist – Implants (m/f/d)

 

Location: Greece (Field-based)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Travel: Up to 80% (local)

 

Your Role

As a Product Specialist – Implants, you will act as the local expert for our implant portfolio, working closely with approved dealers and dental professionals. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on generating demand, supporting sales activities, training customers, and strengthening long-term partnerships.

You will be a key contributor to keeping the business running and growing in a competitive and dynamic market.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate demand for Dentsply Sirona implant solutions in close cooperation with approved dealers
  • Support and develop the existing implant market in Greece
  • Act as the local product expert for customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct product trainings, sales meetings, and in-clinic or group presentations
  • Actively participate in sales events, promotions, and educational activities
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with dental professionals, dealers, and key accounts
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights
  • Maintain accurate customer data and activity tracking in CRM
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Education colleagues
  • Share knowledge and best practices, supporting dealer specialists and internal teams

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within dental, medical, or healthcare-related industries; Experience in dental implants is a plus but not required – full product training will be provided.
  • Around 5 years of experience in sales or a comparable commercial role
  • Strong ability to learn quickly and absorb technical product knowledge
  • Confident presenter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
  • Fluent English and Greek (both spoken and written)
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively

 

What We Offer

  • Competitive annual base salary starting with aprox. 35.000 EUR gross, overpayment possible and depending on experience, plus attractive sales incentive plan (SIP) and car allowance
