SUMMARY OF POSITION:

We are looking for a passionate professional to contribute to our vision of bringing digital dentistry to the next level. In this position, you have the unique opportunity to shape the new industry-leading platform by adding value of China regional specific insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the cross-country PO collaboration and process consistency
• Contribute to the ideation, technical development, launch and growth of global products landing in China market, collaborate with solution management and engineering team
• Drive product development with engineering team, including collaboration with 3rd party partner
• Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products
• Lead continuous improvement on competence, infrastructure and process

KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or related fields
• Medical equipment experience as a plus
• 5+ years hands on experience in software product development with proven quantitative orientation
• Experience in project-based assignments and project management, PMP as a plus
• Experience in collaborative with global team
• Proven track record of software product management, cloud-based software and SaaS are as plus
• Exceptional problem solving, technical and data analysis skills
• Agile software development experience, experience on leading scrum team
• Understanding of platform economy and business models, especially related to value of data
• Ability to inspire and build alignment without authority
• Fast learner, agility to keep knowledge and technical stack up to date
• Excellent written, verbal presentation, and communications skills
• Strong soft skills, high execution power, and result oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Ability to travel as needed
