Service Centre Specialist – 15 months FTC

 

In this role you will provide excellent service to all Dentsply Sirona customers from UKI.

 

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for incoming customer calls
  • Monitoring and processing of spare part order and inquiries from her personal and the UK Services shared mailbox
  • Arranging collection of faulty equipment
  • Generation of cases/tickets in the DS complaint handling systems
  • Generation of both dealer and end-user repair quotes within defined SLAs
  • Pack and dispatch of loaners and repaired customer equipments
  • Pick, pack and dispatch spare part orders
  • Invoicing of repairs and spare part orders
  • Develop an excellent understanding of Dentsply Sirona products and services
  • Work within Service levels and highlight concerns
  • To perform decontamination of units coming into the Service Centre

 

Profile requested

  • Experience of and ability to demonstrate good customer service both verbally and written
  • Educated to GCSE Level
  • Good organisational ability, problem solving skills, scheduling and prioritising
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with challenging customers
  • IT skills (MS Office, CRM, ERP)
