We’re looking for a Sales Specialist – SureSmile to join the Dentsply Sirona team in New South Wales.
As a global leader in professional dental technologies and clinical solutions, Dentsply Sirona is committed to advancing digital dentistry and improving patient care. In this field-based role, you will take ownership of a defined NSW territory, drive clear aligner adoption, and grow utilisation by building exceptional client relationships and delivering on sales targets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, driven, and relationship-oriented sales professional to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

Drive new business development, including cold calling

Grow existing customer investment and satisfaction
-
Collaborate with clinical teams for post-sale integration and training
-
Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
-
Represent the company at marketing events and training sessions
About You:
-
3+ years’ experience in sales or territory/account management
-
Healthcare or dental industry experience highly regarded
-
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
-
High motivation, autonomy, and confidence to prospect
-
Strong time and territory management
-
Advanced MS Office and CRM skills
-
Based in NSW with flexibility to travel (at least 50%)
