Service Technician – NSW
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our NSW Technical Service team. In this field-based role, you will provide high-quality installation, maintenance, calibration and repair services for dental equipment across the state.
You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, supporting internal and external customers while ensuring excellent technical service delivery and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, maintain and repair dental equipment
- Provide technical support to customers and internal sales teams
- Attend scheduled service calls across NSW
- Complete accurate service reports via PDA systems
- Promote preventive maintenance and service offerings
- Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicle in line with policy
- Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Support inventory accuracy and correct parts usage
- Work collaboratively with Technical Service and Sales teams
- Participate in ongoing technical training and development
About You
- Relevant technical qualification or trade background preferred
- Experience in a field service or technical support role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite)
- Proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach
Health & Safety

- Identify and report safety risks proactively
- Use PPE as required and maintain safe work practices
