Are you a licensed electrician looking to shift gears into the dental and healthcare industry?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Dentsply Sirona, the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental technologies and products. As a full-time Service Technician, you’ll be part of a company known for innovation, clinical excellence, and premium service.

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on technician to join our field service team in NSW. You’ll work closely with customers across metro and regional NSW to install, maintain, and repair advanced dental equipment—making a real difference in the healthcare industry every day.


💼 What You’ll Do

As a key member of our technical service team, you’ll:

  • Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair a wide range of dental equipment on-site and in-house

  • Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support to both internal teams and external clients

  • Collaborate with sales teams and promote service offerings such as preventive maintenance

  • Accurately manage service reporting, inventory, and invoicing via our CRM and PDA system

  • Maintain company-supplied tools, vehicle, and equipment to professional standards

  • Contribute to a safe work environment by following OHS procedures and proactively reporting risks

  • Travel regularly throughout Sydney Metro and Regional NSW (with overnight travel as required)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate or qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanics, or Appliance Repair

  • Electrical Licence (Full or Restricted) – advantageous but not essential

  • Radiation Safety Licenceadvantageous but not essential

  • Previous experience in a field service, appliance repair, or technical support role

  • Sound troubleshooting and maintenance skills

  • Valid driver’s licence and unrestricted working rights in Australia

  • Willingness to work in a role that is physically demanding

  • Ability to qualify for a Restricted Electrical Licencesupport provided

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced computer proficiency (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)

  • Able to manage competing priorities and see projects through to completion

  • Trade/tool-related hobbies or skills highly regarded
