DSO Key Account Manager – ANZ
Location: Sydney
Employment Type: Full-time
The Role
We are seeking an experienced DSO Key Account Manager to drive strategic relationships with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), corporate dental groups, and high-value dental practices across ANZ. This role focuses on EDS products while overseeing the full range of Dentsply Sirona solutions. You will partner with decision-makers, deliver tailored solutions, and drive commercial growth while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with executives and clinical leaders

Understand client needs, operational priorities, and growth plans

Identify sales opportunities and develop strategic account plans to expand revenue and product adoption

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align offerings with customer needs and market trends
Commercial & Sales Leadership

Achieve sales targets across equipment, consumables, software, and services

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
-
Develop proposals, quotes, and negotiate commercial terms
Partnership & Solution Selling

Deliver consultative insights on clinical workflows, operational models, and procurement efficiencies

Coordinate product demonstrations, trials, and onboarding activities

Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions
Contract & Relationship Governance

Manage account performance against SLAs

Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Track KPIs including customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
Market Intelligence & Insights

Monitor trends in dental corporate consolidation and the DSO landscape

Provide actionable feedback to product and leadership teams

Identify emerging opportunities in technology, digital dentistry, and practice optimisation
Sales & Marketing Initiatives

Support marketing strategies targeting key corporate accounts

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategies
About You
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Dental Hygiene, or a related field
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in key account management within dental or healthcare sectors
-
Strong technical knowledge of dental products is highly desirable
-
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts
-
Strong understanding of government procurement and corporate purchasing cycles
-
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
-
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
