Clinical Sales Specialist – Sydney Central & North

About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team in New South Wales, covering the Sydney Central & North/ NSW. This role will involve promoting and selling Dentsply Sirona consumable products, driving market share, and building long-term relationships with dental professionals through a clinically led sales approach.
You will be based in the territory and work closely with our Sales Manager and regional team to deliver on sales and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement an annual Territory Sales Plan to achieve sales targets

Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to remain responsive to trends
-
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to maximise opportunities
-
Identify key decision-makers and opinion leaders, ensuring customer needs are communicated internally
-
Act as the primary customer contact, addressing and resolving issues promptly
-
Partner with the Sales Manager to deliver Clinical Education initiatives and product demonstrations

Accurately record sales activities in CRM and provide regular reporting and analysis
Experience & Qualifications
-
Relevant degree or certificate preferred
-
Formal sales training desirable
-
Demonstrated experience in sales or territory management
-
Knowledge of the dental or healthcare market is advantageous
Skills & Capabilities

Strong understanding of the sales process and excellent interpersonal skills

High levels of motivation, accountability, and independence

Excellent written and verbal communication
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Intermediate to advanced computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
