About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Dental professionals, promoting and selling premium dental consumables throughout Sydney and New South Wales. You will have the support and assistance of the Sales Manager and your colleagues to;

  • Develop, manage and implement your territory sales plan which supports the long-term strategic plan; Ultimately meet and exceed sales plan on a quarterly and yearly basis 
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external client relationships to capitalise on all opportunities and drive growth
  • Complete reporting and analysis, responding to changes, market trends and competitor activities;
  • Liaise with Clinical Implementation Specialists post sales for practice integration and training 
  • Record all sales training and support activities in the relevant CRM software on a daily basis 
  • Maintain product knowledge through self-directed learning and involvement in training and market research; and
  • Work with your colleagues to identify and leverage opportunities across Dentsply Sirona, for example, marketing support of company events, roadshows and trainings 
  • The travel requirement for this role will be approximately 50% 

About You
You will thrive in this role if you have;

  • A tertiary qualification in a technical or health discipline;
  • A passion for sales - customer facing sales experience an advantage;
  • The initiative and drive to work autonomously;
  • Strong communication and relationship skills; and
  • Proficiency in the use of word, excel, PowerPoint and CRM software.
  • Strong territory planning experience 
  • reporting and analysing using sales tools 
  • Curious to continue learning and growing

− Strong computer skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Access) 
and the desire to expand Digital skills and learning
