■職務内容
DDSC-T（東京製造所）でのデジタルインプラント関連製品（補綴物、インプラント手術用ガイドなど）の各製造工程における業務、お電話でのお客様への製品テクニカルサポート業務などお任せします。
具体的には‥‥
１．注文の受入
２．3Dスキャナーによる石膏模型のスキャン
３．CADを用いたインプラントブリッジフレーム、サージカルガイド等のデザイン
４．カスタムアバットメント、インプラントブリッジフレーム製造用ミリング装置の操作
５．3Dプリンターのオペレーション及びサージカルガイド等の洗浄
６．サージカルガイドの調整（模型に対するガイドのフィット調整）
７．インプラントブリッジフレームの仕上げ研磨
８．カスタムアバットメント、インプラントブリッジフレーム、サージカルガイドの検査
９．製品に関するお客様からの問い合わせ対応
＜スキャンデザインチーム＞に配属
メインの役割は、2、３にある、模型をスキャンしてデータにし、その模型データに合わせた製品の形をデザインしていくプロセス
その他のプロセス１および４～９に関しては別途担当チームがありますが、チームワークの一環として状況に応じてサポートをして頂きます。
