Job duties
■Job duties
You will be responsible for various manufacturing processes for digital implant-related products (prostheses, surgical guides for implant surgery, etc.) at DDSC-T (Tokyo Manufacturing Plant), as well as providing technical support for customers over the phone.
Specifically...
1. Receiving orders
2. Scanning plaster models using a 3D scanner
3. Design of implant bridge frames, surgical guides, etc. using CAD
4. Operation of milling machines for manufacturing custom abutments and implant bridge frames
5. Operation of 3D printers and cleaning of surgical guides, etc.
6. Adjustment of surgical guides (adjustment of fit of guides to models)
7. Finishing and polishing of implant bridge frames
8. Inspection of custom abutments, implant bridge frames, and surgical guides
9. Responding to customer inquiries about products
Assigned to the Finishing Team
The main role is to perform the processes of adjusting the shape of products manufactured by milling or stereolithography, polishing, and pre-shipment inspection, as described in 6, 7, and 8 above.
There are separate teams in charge of processes 1 to 5 and 9, but you will provide support as needed as part of the teamwork.

DDSC-T（東京製造所）でのデジタルインプラント関連製品（補綴物、インプラント手術用ガイドなど）の各製造工程における業務、お電話でのお客様への製品テクニカルサポート業務などお任せします。
具体的には‥‥
１． 注文の受入
２． 3Dスキャナーによる石膏模型のスキャン
３． CADを用いたインプラントブリッジフレーム、サージカルガイド等のデザイン
４． カスタムアバットメント、インプラントブリッジフレーム製造用ミリング装置の操作
５． 3Dプリンターのオペレーション及びサージカルガイド等の洗浄
６． サージカルガイドの調整（模型に対するガイドのフィット調整）
７． インプラントブリッジフレームの仕上げ研磨
８． カスタムアバットメント、インプラントブリッジフレーム、サージカルガイドの検査
９． 製品に関するお客様からの問い合わせ対応
＜フィニッシングチーム＞に配属
メインの役割は、6,7,8にある、ミリング加工もしくは光造形機で製造された製品の形態調整や研磨、出荷前検査を行うプロセス
その他のプロセス１～5および９に関しては別途担当チームがありますが、チームワークの一環として状況に応じてサポートをして頂きます。
