What You Do - Responsibilities 

Key Opinion Leader/Speaker Engagement &Management

  • Establish and maintain cooperation relationship with National/Regional level KOLs in the corresponding field. 
  • Engage high influence KOL/Speaker and expand the database for Implant treatments including segmentation and establishment of individual development plans for those KOLs/Speakers. 
  • Identify the core/active group within existing Implant Speakers, create the  evaluation/elimination/incentive SOPs
  • Training and certification of external experts through Train-The-Trainer courses, creating follow up plans and ROl evaluation systems. 
  • Cooperate with Product Managers and the Clinical &Scientific Affairs Manager to engage targeted KOL in clinical trials for innovative new products. 

Treatment Solution Development

  • Closely cooperate with Product Managers to integrate respective products into treatment focused clinical solutions, covering all treatment procedures. 
  • Closely cooperate with local KOLs to optimize the respective treatment solution, making sure that they will fulfill the clinical education objectives to influence the dentists who deliver Implant treatments to patients. 
  • Continuously strengthen the learning and improvement of treatment related product knowledges and clinical knowledges to internal department. 
    CE Course Delivery and Customization 
  • Build-up academic platform for all product lines 
  • On-site and on-line specific Marketing initiated CE courses organization and delivery 
  • Develop customized courses of Implant solution/treatment, including the respective academic contents/agenda in close collaboration with the product managers
  • Compile and update all training documents and handout files for training participants
  • Post-training participants survey and course evaluation, make the adjustments according to the result/feedback
  • Frequently customer visits to identify training needs and get feedback on the satisfaction of Dentsply Sirona educational events/courses

DS Academy Branding

  • Closely collaborate with MarCom team and achieve alignments among three Solution Groups to establish the unified DS Academy branding images and identify the internally and externally  promotion strategies, continuously increase the brand awareness and academic influence
  • Conduct pre-event and after-event promotion(online and offline)
  • DS Academy branding materials development and preparation

 

Who You Are - Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor degree or above, stomatology preferred. 
  • Master's degree a plus

Experience

  • At least 5 years’ experience in training and product management or related positions,3  years’ experience in dental industry
    Specific Knowledge /skills
  • Good project management and teamwork spirit
  • Ability to lecture in front of a bigger audience, and making an impact while presenting
  • Show strong self-initiative
  • Fluent in speaking, listening and writing English.
  • Ability to build networks and rapport within China and internationally
