Responsibilities:

• 建立有竞争力的渠道策略，激励团队员工完成指定的销售目标

Build up a competitive channel strategy, motivating team members to achieve the assigned

sales target

• 制定经销商渠道管理的流程，制定分销管理商业政策和策略。

Draft a distributor channel management process (SOP) and the distribution management

business policies and strategies.

• 代理商价格体系维护

Maintain the price system of dealer

• 执行公司的市场推广策略，积极开发经销商，维护、优化分销商体系，开拓渠道分销网络，提高二三级城市的产品覆盖率.

Implement the company's marketing strategy, develop dealers, maintain and optimize the

distributor system; To develop channel distribution networks and improve product market-share

in second- and third-tier cities.

• 负责经销商的谈判、合同签订以及内部相关流程的沟通与协调.

Responsible for dealer negotiation, contract signing and communication and coordination of

internal related processes.

• 与合规部门配合完成分销商资质评估、审核，建立经销商资质审核与评估体系。

Work with the company compliance to complete daily DD review for distributor and establish a

dealer qualification review and evaluation system.

• 日常事务的管理维护工作，协议续签、返利计算、渠道供货等；

Manage and maintain the daily affairs, including the dealer agreement renewal, rebate

calculation; follow up the supply requirements of dealer, etc.

• 组织协调公司销售、市场人员定期与经销商回顾业务进展，指导和培训经销商的市场推广活动.

Organize and coordinate with sales and marketing dept to review the business progress with the dealers regularly; To guide and train the dealers' marketing activities.

• 与培训团队配合对经销商及其团队提供专业培训，建立经销商培训体系.

Cooperate with the training team to provide professional training for dealers and their

teams and establish a dealer training system.

• 负责分销协议和商业销售合同评审及授权，根据协议定期提供分销商绩效评估报告。

Responsible for the distribution agreement and commercial sales contract review and

authorization and provide distributor performance evaluation report according to the

agreement on regular.

• 根据管理需要提供商业数据分析报告。

Provide the sales data analysis report based on management needs.

• 负责区域性招标管理。

Responsible for national and regional bidding management.
