Warehouse Supervisor

Your Role:

• Manage warehouse staff including hiring, performance evaluations and people development, including absenteeism
• Responsible for setting up and meeting (pre-) determined KPI’s and targets, including reporting
• Maintain clear communication between warehouse and management to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise
• Identity opportunities for process optimization and lead initiatives regarding warehouse operations
• Long term resource planning
• Conflict resolution
• Make sure all Quality documents are created and up to date including CAPA and NC resolutions
• Promote a positive and collaborative work culture to obtain a empowered and motivated team
• Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures

Your Profile:

• HBO, Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within Logistics with 3+ years of experience in people management
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
• Leadership and Team management
