SUMMARY OF POSITION:
  • 광주광역시를 포함한 호남권역의 치과 장비 및 관련 전기장비에 대한 설치, 유지보수, 기술 서비스, 서비스 수수료 청구 업무
  • 업무 중 언제나 고객 중심의 사고 유지, 팀의 일원으로 팀과 함께 업무하는 자세를 갖추고 있어야 하며, 외부 고객 뿐 아니라 사내 다양한 부서 및 업무 계층과 능숙하고 적절하게 상호 커뮤니케이션 하며, 회사의 이미지를 긍정적으로 대변하는 모습을 보여줄 수 있어야 함

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • 치과/치과기공소/병원 등에 출장방문을 통해 장비 설치, 설치된 장비의 고장 문제 해결, 서비스 및 수리, 유지보수, 수수료 청구
  • 서비스접수 및 일반 고객응대를 위한 사내 기술 핫라인(콜센터) 업무 병행
  • 외부 고객에게 최상의 기술 서비스 제공
  • 할당된 스페어파트의 철저한 재고 관리
  • 회사 학술행사/이벤트에 기술지원 업무
  • 고객이 만족하도록 능숙하게 소통하고, 필요한 경우 개선사항을 업무에 적용
  • 서비스 엔지니어에게 필요한 능력을 키우기 위한 자기개발 및 사내활동에 적극 참여
  • 기술부 업무 자료의 생성 및 관리
  • 전화 또는 다양한 매체를 통해 접수되는 고객요청사항을 능숙하고 신속하게 응대하며, 그 과정에서 요구되는 기술 업무를 적절히 수행
  • 업무상 필요한 서류 업무를 적시에 완료하고 제출

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 광주광역시를 포함한 호남권역 근무가능자
  • 전자/전기/기계관련 학과 전공 선호
  • 기술 서비스 분야에서 2년 이상 업무 경력(치과/의료장비 서비스 경력 선호)
  • 운전면허 소지자
  • 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 스킬(대면 대화 & 이메일 커뮤니케이션)
  • 분석을 통한 문제해결 능력
  • PC, 하드웨어, 윈도우 OS 및 일반 네트워크 관리 스킬, 지식 및 경험
  • 영문 기술문서를 업무에 참고할 수 있는 능력
