SUMMARY OF POSITION:

  • 전 권역 (서울 및 수도권 메인)에서의 판매 전략을 수립하고 실행합니다.
  • Consumables, Implant, Digital workflow 제품에 대한 솔루션 영업을 담당합니다.
  • 대리점과 치과 대상으로 제품 영업 거래처 관리와 상담·교육을 제공합니다.
  • 특정 제품군, 채널, 거래처를 맡아 제조소와 글로벌팀과 협력합니다.
  • 매출, 수금, 재고, 머천다이징 관리를 책임집니다.
  • 세미나, 전시회, 고객 교육 마케팅 활동을 운영해 브랜드와 시장 입지를 강화합니다.

 

  • Establish sales strategies and execute in assigned territory.
  • Conduct solution-based sales for Consumables, Implant, Digital workflow products.
  • Manage dealers and dental clinics, provide consultation and product education.
  • Cooperate with manufacturing sites and global teams for business growth in specific channels or segments.
  • collections, inventory, and merchandising.
  • Plan and run seminars, exhibitions, and customer education to enhance brand and market presence.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consumables, Implant Digital workflow 제품 영업 promotion 수행
  • 신규 고객 개발 신규 거래처 발굴
  • 기존 치과 고객 대리점 관리
  • 고객상담 스킬과 제품 지식 향상을 통한 제품 detailing, 판매 교육
  • 제조소 글로벌팀과 협의를 통한 비즈니스 성장 기회 발굴
  • 세미나, 전시회 고객 교육 프로그램 지원
  • 일일, 주간, 월간 영업 계획 수립 관리 (Salesforce.com)
  • 고객 profile funnel 관리
  • 매출 수금, Dealer inventory merchandising 관리

 

  • Promote and sell Consumables, Implant and Digital workflow products.
  • Develop new customers and business opportunities.
  • Manage existing dental customers and dealers.
  • Provide product detailing, sales activities and customer education through strong product knowledge and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing sites and global teams to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Support seminars, exhibitions and customer education programs.
  • Develop and manage daily, weekly and monthly sales plans through Salesforce.com.
  • Manage customer profiles and sales funnel pipeline.
  • Manage sales performance and collection activities, dealer inventory and merchandising activities.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 치과 메디컬 영업 5 이상 경력자
  • Implant 영업 or 마케팅 경험 필요 (최소 3 이상)
  • 우수한 communication interpersonal skill
  • 효율적인 시간 관리 고객 관리 능력
  • 글로벌팀과의 communication 위한 기본 영어 역량 (email / presentation)
  • 서울 또는 수도권 거주자

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in dental sales.
  • Experience in implant at least 3 years as a sales or product manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Efficient time management and customer management skills.
  • Basic English communication skills for email and presentation with global teams.
