SUMMARY OF POSITION:

  • The sales manager is involved in the overall implant sales related business and manages the planning and execution of sales and the performance of the team members.
  • It is responsible for B2B, Dealer, Direct channels, and etc related to the business and decides on new development, expansion, and termination.
  • Managers should be able to guide career management and assign tasks to the right place so that team members can grow well.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish domestic short term / long-term sales strategy reflecting central strategy and concepts (APAC, Global) and local needs.

  • Planning and execute established strategies by communicating and negotiating with dealers and distributors.

  • Manage market evaluation on project approval, accounts selection/termination.

  • Develop and manage the market situation corresponding to diversification of business channel and reflect changing business environment and market needs.

  • Monitor, analyze and benchmark competitors’ status, activities, trend.

  • Supervise and manage market analysis based on capacity and feasibility.

  • Establish and implement dealers and distributors performance management tool adapting HQ guideline and local needs to enhance quantitative and qualitative improvement.

  • Monitor and analyze dealers’ performance with various reports and KPIs

  • Manage and supervise legal contract with dealers; MOQ, Dealer Agreement etc.

  • Adapt and update contracts and policies to be compliant with DS guideline and national laws.

  • Deliver or arrange the training on a product or service to customer or distributors if necessary.

  • Manage the receivables and monitor the credit condition of customer accounts for minimizing the business risk.

  • Develop the new sales opportunities in the market by identifying, researching, and contacting prospective customers and building positive customer relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, major in Commercial preferred (4년재 대학 이상, 상경계열 전공 선호),
  • 7 to 10 years’ experience in medical device including dental market / Multinational company experience is preferred (덴탈을 포함한 의료기기 업계 에서의 7-10 경력/다국적기업 경력선호)
  • Diverse working experience is preferred (Direct sales, Business/Partnership development/B2B)

  • Must have Driving license (운전면허증 필수)
  • Knowledge on medical device (의료기기에 대한 이해)
