As a member of the Marketing team for IPS, this role works closely with EDS / IPS Group product manager, sales team, local cross-functional teams, and regional marketing to develop and implement marketing plans to meet sales targets, gross margin targets, market share targets and P/L targets.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Planning
- Cooperate with EDS / IPS Group Product manager regarding all IPS marketing activities and plan.
- Develop marketing and business plans for a product or product line through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement.
- Create marketing campaigns / product promotion plans for key focus products with the input from sales teams, customers.
- Track ROI on marketing activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts; and adapt short- & long-term plans to improve the sales performance.
- Develop product management documentation, including product concept proposals, business cases, launch plans, product collateral, sales training material and product marketing collateral.
Plan Execution
- Manage the entire product life cycle of IPS Group from strategic planning to tactical execution.
- Drive/deliver marketing events (such as seminars) and coordinate with the sales teams for implementation.
- Develop new product features and benefits in partnership with manufacturers and RBU marketing team. Ensure the effective implementation to the sales team.
- Develop and enhance KOL relationship to support Dentsply Sirona in CE, educational activities.
Business Support
- Provide regular sales performance analysis for the marketing manager to monitor the achievement against targets and identify improvement areas.
- Support financial requirements of product management including pricing, budgets, and forecasting.
- Actively communicating across franchises to share and learn best marketing practices to continuously facilitate a teamwork approach.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Determine, develop, and deliver required product knowledge for roles across business to ensure effective sales and operations.
- Provide in-field product training/coaching to both internal and external stakeholders, as required.
- Via self-directed learning, proactive and effective involvement in training and development, and market research, ensure ongoing currency of, product and market knowledge, sales skills, systems knowledge, and internal processes.
- Ensure understanding and adhere to all compliance requirements. Building and protecting Dentsply Sirona brand as a company with ‘unquestionable integrity’.
COMPETENCIES:
- Accountability and good business manners
- Good in strategy establishment
- Experiences in key opinion leader development
- Good in Brand development
- 3~5 years of experience as Sales Reps or Marketing (Product Manager or Specialists)
- Experiences in medical devices or pharmaceutical industries
- Willing and able to travel at least 30%
- Fluent English preferred
