SUMMARY OF POSITION:

- Assist marketing communication strategy including creating marketing communications strategies for Dentsply Sirona brand and products.

- liaising with corporate communication teams and working closely individual product manager and sales team for sales campaign.

- having ownership for selling materials (Ad, PR, Giveaways and etc, including designing)

- Support all communication activity channels, such as homepage, social channel and media including dental industry focused channel and activity.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Digital marketing
  • Manage paid and owned media including social channel and websites.
  • Develop social channel contents and websites aligned with global digital marketing team (Facebook, YouTube, Kakao business Channel, Naver blog)
  • Assist and operate e-commerce sites using cafe24.
  • Find new channel and opportunities in digital field.
  1. Offline marketing
  • Support On/Offline Clinical Education event, Exhibition and manage the implementation of the event
  • Assist communication material such as brochure, leaflet for dental professionals and patients.
  1. PR and branding
  • Advertising company and products/services on various media (dental magazine, newspaper & Academic association etc.)
  • CRM and digital data analysis.
  1. Related to marketing and sales campaigns 
  • Support sales and related teams with all communication channels and generate marketing qualified leads
  • Work closely with the global marketing team on daily basis to localize marketing content.
  • Work closely with the local product managers, sales team.

 

 

 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications:

- 2~3Years of working experience in digital marketing fields.

- Proven experience with digital marketing campaigns at small and large scale.

- Proven experience in SEO, GA, Social media management and online ads.

- Copywriting skills for creating social contents and press release

- A team player with good communication skills to lead marketing projects.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verb English and Korean.

 

Preferred:

Marketing communication specialist who has

- Possess basic skill in Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop for designing

- Possess background knowledge in dental or medical industry including Fair Trade regulation.

- Experience managing CRM and data analytics

- Experience of e-commerce site management and operator.
