SUMMARY OF POSITION:

 

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Specialist to join Wellspect HealthCare team in Dentsply Sirona Korea. This role is focused on maximizing customer satisfaction, product adherence, and overall retention. The ideal candidate will be responsible for direct engagement with end-users as well as coordinating with our distributor partners CS teams to ensure the highest level of service quality.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Order Operations & Customer Service

  • Work closely with Sales Team and Distributors to process daily sales orders and weekly backorders for stock allocations
  • End-User Retention & Adherence Management: Proactively conduct inbound and outboundcalls and messaging to end-users to support product adherence and maximize long-term

customer retention.

  • Distributor CS Management: Educate, train, and manage Customer Service representatives

at our distributor partners to ensure their service aligns with Wellspect's standards.

  • Order Processing: Accurately receive and input distributor purchase orders into the

internal system in a timely manner.

  • 엔드유저 리텐션 및 순응도(Adherence) 관리: 제품 순응도를 지원하고 장기적인 고객 유지율을 극대화하기 위해 엔드유저 대상 인바운드/아웃바운드 콜 및 메시지 전송을 선제적으로 수행
  • 대리점 CS 관리: 파트너 대리점의 고객 서비스 담당자가 웰스펙트의 표준에 맞게 서비스할 수 있도록 교육, 훈련 및 관리
  • 주문 처리: 대리점의 발주 주문을 적시에 정확하게 접수하고 내부 시스템에 입력

 

Internal Team Support

  • When requested, undertake system review / testing and make changes to system/data.
  • Work as part of a team, providing back up and coverage and sharing responsibility across the Dentsply Sirona business for the completion of tasks as required.
  • Provide prompt response and support to sales team on supply updates
  • Coordinate with QA/RA and Sales for recovery plan when there are quality issues.
  • Acceptance coordination for any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
  • 고객 불만 처리: 불만 사항 접수 및 처리, 지역 불만 처리 코디네이터 및/또는 국내 QARA 팀과 긴밀히 협력
  • 영업 지원: 영업 팀과 긴밀히 협력하여 엔드유저 불만 사항 해결
  • 내부 팀 지원: 요청 시 시스템 검토/테스트를 수행하고 시스템/데이터 변경 작업 지원. 팀의 일원으로서 필요시 업무 백업 및 커버리지를 제공하고 덴츠플라이시로나 비즈니스 전반에 걸쳐 요구되는 업무 완수를 위해 책임 공유

 

Regional Support

  • Provide online/offline support to regional offices whenever needed.
  • 필요 시, 지역 사무소(지사)에 온·오프라인 지원을 제공함.

 

Product and Function Knowledge

  • Ensure ongoing functional, procedural and product knowledge is up to date, via self-directed learning, proactive and effective involvement in training and development, and market research.
  • 자기주도 학습, 교육 개발에 대한 주도적이고 효과적인 참여, 시장 조사를 통해 기능, 절차, 제품 관련 지식을 지속적으로 최신 상태로 유지함.

 

Qualifications

  • Professional with a strong passion for customer service, preferably with an interest in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathetic and professional customer interaction.
  • Ability to confidently handle in/outbound calls with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills for accurate order processing.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
