SUMMARY OF POSITION:

  • Customer Service 고객 서비스에 필요한 전반적인 업무와 회사의 영업 목표 달성을 위한 비즈니스 활동을 지원합니다.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 전화, 이메일, 채팅 등의 채널을 통해 접수된 고객 문의 응대

    Responding to customer inquiries received via telephone, e-mail, chat, etc

            고객 주문 배송 관리(장비, 소모품, 웹샵)

Customer ordering and delivery management (Equipment, consumable, web shop)

 제품 입고 스케쥴, 재고 수준 청구 대금 모니터링

Shipments schedule, Stock level & Billing monitoring

 시스템에 신규 고객 생성

Create new customers on the system

 계약서 및 견적서 발행

Issuance of Contract & Quotation

 거래명세서 및 전자세금계산서 발행 지원

Support for issuance of transaction statements and e-tax invoice

            CRM 관리   UDI 이슈 지원

CRM management & UDI issue Support

 대리점 요청사항 지원

Support for agency requests

 글로벌 CS 팀과의 커뮤니케이션

             Communication with global business CS team

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • ERP 시스템에 대한 지식 경험 보유
  • 영어 메일링 소통 가능
  • 엑셀 상급자
  • 온라인 비즈니스 CS 3-5 경력자 우대
