SUMMARY OF POSITION:

This position is responsible for establishing and implementing the company’s clinic expertise on equipment by providing extensive software use technical training and advising to customers, and ensure we are serves as a leading servicing partner in order to support the profitable growth in sales.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handover Training and Troubleshooting(교육 및 문제해결)
 Perform extensive on-off line support after equipment installation.
 장비 설치 이후 온-오프라인 기술지원
 To continuously ensure service level at highest standards and monitor customer satisfaction.
 최고수준의 서비스를 지속적으로 제공하고 고객 만족도 모니터링
 Negotiate for critical service cases and handle the variety of technical issues and troubleshooting.
 중요한 서비스 사례를 조율하고 다양한 기술 및 문제해결
 HOT-line support - follow up for equipment customer.
 장비 사용 고객의 만족스러운 사용을 위한 후속조치 Hot-line 업무

 Develops the skills and abilities to deliver performance needed to meet optimal customer satisfaction.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

KNOWLEDGES, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
 BA in preferably study of dental laboratory science or dental hygienist
 2-3년제 대학 졸업 이상(기공사 또는 치위생사 선호)
 High interest in digital and computer
 디지털 장비와 컴퓨터에 대한 관심
 Excellent skills in software program
 소프트웨어 활용도 상
 High level of teamwork with sales and PM
 높은 수준의 팀워크 능력
