We are looking for a SAP Credit Card Analyst to support and manage end-to-end credit card processing within SAP S/4HANA. This professional will be responsible for ensuring accurate and secure transaction processing, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily credit card transaction processing in SAP, including authorization, settlement, and financial posting
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of transaction data across SAP and external payment platforms
  • Investigate and resolve transaction issues, including authorization failures and reconciliation discrepancies
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and IT teams to optimize processes and system integrations
  • Support system enhancements, testing activities (UAT, integration), and continuous improvements
  • Maintain and improve SAP configurations related to credit card processing
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, PCI standards, and audit requirements
  • Document processes, configurations, and issue resolutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP, preferably S/4HANA
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD and FI modules
  • Experience with credit card processing (authorization, settlement, reconciliation)
  • Experience with integrations (APIs, IDocs, middleware, payment platforms such as Stripe, CyberSource, etc.)
  • Understanding of Order-to-Cash processes
  • Advanced English (mandatory)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with FIORI
  • Knowledge of PCI compliance and payment security standards
  • Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
