Showroom & Academy Operations Coordinator – Protected Category

 

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and service-oriented professional to oversee the daily management of the showroom and auditorium, while supporting reception activities and general services.
The role involves welcoming guests, coordinating logistics, and overseeing company spaces to ensure they are always well-organized, fully functional, and ready for events, meetings, and client visits—delivering a positive experience for all.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Common areas management: Daily monitoring of the showroom, meeting rooms, and shared spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and functionality.
  • Events and meetings support: Preparation of meeting rooms, auditorium, and training rooms for internal and external events, ensuring that materials, equipment, seating arrangements, air conditioning, etc. are properly set up, coordination with internal teams and suppliers for event logistics.
  • Hospitality: Welcoming visitors, clients, and partners, providing professional and courteous service.
  • Reception backup: Covering reception duties in the absence of the main receptionist (visitor reception, switchboard management, deliveries, internal communications, and general services such as office supplies procurement and coordination with cleaning and maintenance providers).
  • Basic administrative activities: Supporting the management team with operational tasks.
  • Emergency management: Prompt and effective resolution of logistical issues.

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office management, reception, hospitality, events, or similar roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Availability to occasionally work flexible hours during events.
  • Good knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office, email systems, calendars, etc.).
  • Fluency in English.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of audiovisual equipment (projectors, microphones, audio systems).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities independently.
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong sense of responsibility.
