Ambassador (Sales Specialist) – Oporto
For our Commercial Team in Portugal, we are looking for an Ambassador (Sales Specialist) who will be responsible for managing the customer and prospect portfolio within the assigned area, identifying growth opportunities by leveraging the full Dentsply Sirona product portfolio, and proposing holistic solutions tailored to customer needs.
Responsibilities

Plan activities in line with assigned objectives by creating an action plan that ensures targets are met.

Maintain, strengthen, and expand the customer portfolio within the assigned territory.

Identify and generate cross-selling opportunities within the existing DS customer base.

Prepare, follow up, and close tailored commercial proposals for each customer.

Coordinate activities with the specialists who provide technical support to help close ongoing opportunities.

Keep the CRM system up to date through continuous and effective use.

Process orders from customers in the assigned territory in coordination with the Customer Service department.

Generate business demand among DS customers attending events in the assigned area.

Stay informed about all DS commercial offers and make effective use of the marketing tools provided.

Support the organization through market-driven transitions and changes.

Achieve the financial targets established for the territory.
Requirements
-
Sales experience, with knowledge of the sector considered a plus.

University education is valued, particularly in technical-health fields or Health Sciences.

Intermediate level of English is an asset.

High level of personal and professional integrity and ethics.

Creative profile with the ability to generate disruptive ideas.

Valid driving license and availability for frequent travel.
