Do you want to make an impact on quality standards across Europe? As a EU Quality Assurance Specialist, you ensure compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement of Quality Management System (QMS) of an international Medical Device company for specific EU commercial sites in Poland, Switzerland and Nordics countries. You lead audits, manage corrective actions, and support projects to guarantee that quality and regulatory requirements are met.

 

Your Role

  • You manage and maintain the Quality Management System in line with EU MDR Swiss Medical Device Ordinance, ISO 13485, local and corporate standards.
  • You manage medical device distribution in compliance with EU MDR and Swiss Medical Device Ordinance.
  • You ensure realization of internal audits and manage external audits as well as address regulatory requirements.
  • You drive CAPA processes, monitor non-conformities, and report key indicators to management.
  • You coordinate quality training and foster collaboration across departments.
  • You manage market actions (recalls, withdrawals) and ensure proper documentation and communication.
  • You support projects and change controls, providing quality input and ensuring compliance throughout.
  • You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as well as with authorities

 

Your Profile

  • You possess knowledge of quality assurance requirements, ISO 13485, EU MDR; Swiss Medical Device Ordinance, knowledge of Dentsply Sirona products would be considered as advantage.
  • You have strong computer skills (Windows) and ideally you worked already with Smartsolve
  • You communicate in English and Polish, both on professional proficiency level (C1 and higher). Further language skills f.e. French would bring you a strong advantage during application process but are not a must-have.
  • You have proven your excellent organizational skills, thoroughness, and autonomy in your previous years of service.
  • Your work attitude is based on short-term responsiveness, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.
  • You are able to work independently as well as an active part of a global matrix structured team, ask for help when needed, and always maintain a service-minded approach.
