Based primarily in Osaka, you will be responsible for managing customers within your assigned territory. This position involves sales of CAD/CAM equipment products within your designated region.

Centered around each local hub, you will identify the needs of dentists and provide proposals that support and enhance their business operations. This is not a routine sales role, but a consultative, solution-oriented approach.

Your primary focus will be on new business development (approximately 90%), mainly responding to introductions via distributors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with distributors and providing business-enhancing proposals to dental clinics and dental laboratories that are interested in CEREC (dental CAD/CAM system), thereby supporting improvements in their operations
  • Proposing and selling high-value medical equipment (approximately JPY 4.5 million to 15 million per unit)
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with both customers and distributors
  • Planning and hosting seminars for customers

CEREC (dental CAD/CAM system)

  • A digital solution currently gaining significant attention within the dental industry
  • Enables same-day ceramic restorative treatment
  • Captures intraoral conditions as 3D images
  • Uses the generated 3D data to mill ceramic blocks (matching natural tooth color) to fabricate dental restorations
